I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is super conveniently located right beside the Temple of Confucius. The rooms were clean and tidy with very firm beds, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially since we didn’t speak Chinese. However, the dining options were limited and somewhat plain, which was a letdown. Overall, the price was reasonable for what we received, though there are some areas for improvement.

I had a decent stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Temple of Confucius, which made exploring the area super easy. My room was quite large and had everything I needed, although it did show some signs of age. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but there was a language barrier. Although the dining options were reasonably priced, the food was mostly Chinese, which might not appeal to everyone, and the breakfast area felt a bit worn out. It's great value for money, especially compared to pricier options nearby.

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially with its spacious, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable. The location is a huge plus, being so close to the Temple of Confucius and other attractions. However, it was a bit disappointing to hear about the renovation plans because it disrupted my sense of peace. Also, the dining area felt a little run down, despite the decent food offerings.
